Hi, I’m Alejandro, a Senior Product Designer focused on shaping user-centred AI experiences that are inclusive, ethical, and grounded in real-world impact. At the World Health Organization, I began by designing the conversational flow for an AI-powered chatbot. That work soon evolved into leading end-to-end learning journeys, scaling accessible design practices, and mentoring junior designers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into meaningful, human-first solutions.

Sara Wener’s Mindfulness & Holistic Health Platform

For this project, I was the lead designer behind the creation of Sara Wener’s mindfulness and holistic health practice platform. The platform hosted a range of self-discovery and self-improvement courses, and my role was to design the entire user experience from scratch.
