As a UX Product Designer, I initially focused on refining the AI chatbot but quickly took started working on the end-to-end product design, focused on a platform-wide overhaul to enhance accessibility and implementing a scalable design system.
As a UX Product Designer at WHO Academy, I played a key role in revamping the mobile experience, ensuring seamless feature parity across iOS and Android, optimizing offline accessibility, and leveraging device-specific behaviors.
As Design Researcher on this project, I created the strategic design framework of immersive experiences in museums and art institutions. I relied on user-centered research methods to ensure the framework addressed both emotional and cognitive engagement goals.
I designed ECOmpanion, a voice-activated wellbeing assistant designed to combat loneliness among elderly individuals (an evidence-based speculative project) My contributions spanned UX research, persona development, and interaction design, ensuring the experience was intuitive and emotionally supportive.

The platform hosted a range of self-discovery and self-improvement courses, and my role was to design the entire user experience from scratch.
